Sister to the Sterling coated head, designed for prolonged, intense playing, with a smooth head to minimise wear. The TRS has similar sonic characteristics to the Sterling, but far more durability. 
 
The design is the same as the Sterling - 2 x 7mils plies, but with a thicker centre dot in the main playing area (7mils), giving a total of 21mils. Designed for the really heavy and hard hitters - tested by Russ Gilbrook from Uriah Heep. Strong powerful tone and bright attack.

Genetic
Genetic heads are specifically made for the snare-side resonant head of the snare drum. They are single ply and available in 2 thicknesses: 3mils and 5mils. The 3mils thickness is very sensitive, very clear and has a highlighted top end - ideal for any style of music. The 5mils thickness is darker and deeper, and is slightly less sensitive, so performs well in high-volume situations.
 
PACKS WILL CONTAIN THE TRADITIONAL 3MILS THICKNESS GENETIC HEAD.
