It may or may not have crossed your collective minds to wonder: where do we store all of those beautiful refurbished drum kits after Dave has worked his magic on them?
Well here's your answer - in the bedroom (obviously). This is my view every night when I go to bed and every morning when I wake up. We have shared our night time space with some truly beautiful bits of wood and metal...
On Monday, Dave picked up his new teaching kit. It's a gorgeous 6 piece Yamaha Beech Custom Absolute.
It replaces the trusty Yamaha Stage Custom that he has been teaching on for the past year, which is now getting the "Dave's Drums" treatment and will soon be available for sale.
Dave has some availability for teaching, either weekly, fortnightly or on an ad hoc basis. Call him on 07787 154 317 to book, or email us.
As has hopefully become clear, this blog is written by Dave's wife, Sophie.
And today I am feeling shocking. I have tonsillitis and my throat, ears and head all hurt.
I'm having a pity party, and I'm also no good at bed rest. So, having had a nap, I moved on to "computer rest" (is that a thing?) and started adding PayPal options to some of the items we have for sale.
So now, some of our items (CODE range, drum keys and certain cymbals so far) are available to purchase direct from the website using PayPal.
As with eBay purchases, buying from us using PayPal offers you buyer protection as standard, so why not have a look? I will be adding more items over the coming days/weeks.
We are trying our best to avoid a situation of a customer buying an out of stock item, which is why only certain items will be available for the time being.
You can also send money direct to us via PayPal using our PayPal Me site - please email to check availability first - you can use this option for any of our items listed on eBay and get our lower direct price (ask for a quote before you send your hard earned wedge!)
(not too loud, I have a headache!)
You know when you get up in the morning, think about going back to sleep again then realise you can't because you've already hit "snooze" 3 times, so you hop in the shower then grab a coffee - anything to help you to regain consciousness (it's Monday again, right), and you think "what would make me really happy right now?"
I'm guessing for a drummer it would be something like this...
Or maybe as you go to sit on your sofa something like this...
You can thank me later!
Have a great day and happy drumming!!!
Drummer, drum geek, reluctant blogger and eater of cheese!
